Since 2001 BlueSky Adventures has been having an impact on some of the biggest most successful organizations in East Africa, through our superior team building. BlueSky Adventures offers team building and leadership development at many sites throughout Kenya.

We can do programs for you at Lake Naivasha, Brackenhurst Conference Center, The Lukenya Getaway, or anywhere of your choosing. If you choose to do your program at Lukenya Getaway you will have access to our High Ropes Challenge Course, these are elements 12-20 metres off the ground. In these activities you are harnessed in and attached to a rope, working as a team to have fun, overcome fears and encourage one another to build a more effective team.
