"Try and give people working phone numbers. I visited ua NBI offices at around 7 am and was told u had not started to book for evening busses and given a number that is out of service! "

"why is it that you charge the lagage while boarding a bus? as a frequent customer i was charged 200/= while going to kisii with my lagage and i had already paid for the bus fare so take note on that. but success in your business. "
