Erikson Rover Safaris offer private, tailor-made, self drive / chauffeur driven 4x4 safaris throughout Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. This unique style of safari allows for a level of adventure that will bring you back to your own "out of Africa" dreams, far away from the zebra-striped mini buses and hoards of tourists.

Wherever, and when you choose to go on safari, Erikson Rover Safaris will provide you with your own private 4x4 customized Rover, fully equipped according to your own choices and needs. That's why we call our safaris tailor-made - and you are the tailor.

What's special about Erikson Rover Safaris?

Our vehicles have slightly different configurations. Among our 4X4 Rovers (Range Rovers and Land Rovers) we offer rent out with roll-over protection, jerry cans etc and all camping equipment that may be needed - included rooftop tent. All vehicles comes with double sets of fuel pumps, batteries and coil  / ignition.

The vehicles are covered by PSV insurance, which include self drive and chauffeur driven safaris in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania - unlimited mileage.

Erikson Rover Safaris have local mechanics ready to assist in case of emergency. We assist on phone as first line support, make arrangement with local mechanic as second line, and eventually bring you a replacement car as third line support. We are operating on a 24h basis to assist our customers.
