Howard's many years of experience in wildlife safaris and private sports fishing eventually led him to becoming one of Kenya's top Charter Skippers and director of Kenya Deep Sea Fishing. Howard has fished a few successful boats within the business over the past 20 years and resulted in some very notable catches, including All Africa records and a couple of Kenya records.

Together with his wife Sue they run an extremely professional sports fishing operation here in Kenya. Howard is a member of the International Game Fish Association, Bill Fish Federation and the Kenya Association of Sea Anglers.
