Our hotel has been constructed with loving care in the traditional Swahili style: round bungalows, three main buildings and two swimming pools are harmoniously located within a vast grove of palms. Our comfortable rooms offer you European comforts with local atmosphere.

Our hotel has more than 200 rooms divided into two categories: the Karibu Class rooms in traditional Arab style, and the luxurious Comfort Class with custom carved Lamu furnishings.

Karibu/Standard rooms located in main building
All guest rooms with twin beds, mosquito nets, shower, WC, individual aircondition, piped music, direct dial telephone, SEVERIN hair dryer, room safe, lounge area, balcony or terrace.

Karibu/Standard rooms located in bungalows
Same facilities as above, but guest rooms are located in a bungalow. In addition, these rooms are equipped with remote control split-unit-aircondition and mini bar. Some rooms have king size beds.

Comfort Class rooms located in bungalows
Guest rooms are furnished with handmade »Lamu« style furniture. All rooms with bath and shower, WC, some with 2 wash basins, remote control splitunit- air-condition, mosquito net, some with additional ceiling fan, piped music, direct dial telephone, SEVERIN hair dryer, coffee / tea making facilities, room safe, lounge area, mini bar, balcony or terrace, fruit basket on arrival.

Comfort Class rooms located in main building
36 newly renovated guest rooms with same facilities as Comfort Class, but more spacious. All rooms have a small lounge space with an additional Lamu style seating and a 20´´flat LCD screen with satellite TV.

Admiral suite
With separate living room and kitchenette, bar and lounge area, satellite TV, shower and bathtub, changing room, balcony and magnificent sea view.
