MEETING ROOM RATES
SPECIFICATION	RATE PER ROOM PER DAY	MEETING SUPPLIES FOR ALL GROUPS
Superior Conference package: Incl. Hall, Lunches, 2 teas with Cookies, Soda or fresh fruit juice, a pen and a pad, PAS in Imathiu Hall, Marker, Flipchart paper and water.	USD 27 per person per day	One of each non consumable conference facilities ie PA System, OHP, TV, Video, Black/Flipchart Boards etc. ALL equipments required must be specified and booked in advance. LCD, and Computers will be charged separately
Special Conference package: Incl. Hall, Lunches, 2 teas with Cookies, a pen and a pad and water.	USD 24 per person per day
Budget Conference package: Incl. Hall, Lunches, 2 teas with Cookies and water.	USD 22 per person per day
Groups less than 30 persons without lunches and Teas	USD 7 per person per day
Hire of the main Hall without meals.	USD 270 per day.
Meeting Groups in house	No extra charge for all residents
Meeting Groups partially in-house	Non-residing shall be on agreed Conference Package
Meeting Groups partially in-house	Non-residing shall be on agreed Conference Package
One additonal Hall per day for resident groups only	USD 54 per day.
