- Conference facilities available on requests. Our Porini Conference
room can accommodate upto 120 pax upon availability.
- Children 0-2 yrs stay free, 3-12 yrs gets 50% discount if sharing
with parents and if in own room get 25% discount.
- The rates is inclusive of all meals and snacks, selected local alcoholic
and non-alcoholic beverages and entertainment programmes excluding water
sports and lessons.
- Reservation guaranteed only by advance payment. Payments can be made
into the Baobab Beach Resort, Commercial Bank of Africa, Euro A/c no
0324007776.
- Rates are inclusive of all statutory taxes and are subject to change
without prior notice.
- Bookings are only on request basis and subject to room availability.
- Two-way transfer can be arranged at Euro 45 per person, minimum 2
pax, and NOT commissionable. Children under 12yrs travelling with two
adults ferried free.
- Minimum stay for the period from 23/12/09 to 05/01/10 is 7 nights.
- Cancellation charges applicable when confirmed bookings are cancelled;
30 to 15 days – 10%, 15 to 7 days – 50%, 7 to 2 days before
arrival – 75%, No shows –100%. Any cancellation after stop
sales has been issued will be charged 100%.
- Rates commissionable to bonafide travels agents at 12.5%.
- The above rates supercede all the previous rates issued.
