- The rates are in Kenya Shillings per person per day all-inclusive.
- Conference facilities available on request. Our Porini Conference room
can accommodate upto 120 pax.
- The rates is inclusive of all meals and snacks, selected local alcoholic
and non-alcoholic beverages and entertainment programmes, excluding
water sports and lessons.
- Children aged between 3 – 12 yrs, sharing with parents get 50%
discount, and if in their own room get 25% discount.
- Rooms guaranteed only by advance payment. Payment can be made to Baobab
Beach Resort, Commercial Bank of Africa Kshs account number 0324007024.
- Minimum stay for the period from 23/12/09 to 05/01/10 is 7 nights.
- Bookings are on request only and subject to room availability.
- Return Airport transfers can be provided on request at Kshs 4,000 per
person, minimum 2 pax, not commissionable. Children under 12yrs with
travelling with 2 parents free.
- These rates are inclusive of all statutory taxes, are subject to change
without notice.
- Cancellation charges applicable when confirmed bookings are cancelled;
30 to 15 days – 10%, 15 to 7 days – 50%, 7 to 2 days before
arrival – 75%, No shows –100%. Any cancellation after stop
sales has been issued will be charged 100%.
- Rates commissionable to bonafide travels agents at 12.5%
- These rates supercede all other rates previously issued.
