• Resident Wedding Rate: USD 1200 per couple. Wedding is free if there are 10 adult guests including the wedding couple and a minimum stay of 14 days. Rates are subject to change.

Prices (inclusive of all taxes) are per person per day in a room with air-conditioning, bath, shower, ceiling fan and balcony or terrace on an all-inclusive basis.

• All drinks include Kenyan cocktails, soft drinks, beer, juice and South African or Italian wines and local spirits.
• Children’s Mini Club is a separate area for children ages from 4-12 years under the supervision of qualified child minder. Activities include games, videos, swimming, painting, etc. Snacks are also provided and the Mini Club is equipped with washrooms.
• CHILDREN: One child under 12 years sharing room with two adults pays Kshs. 2,000/- (fix rate) additional children pay 50% of the adult rate . During Christmas time 20th – 4th Jan all children pay Christmas supplement of Kshs. 2,250/-.
• TEENAGERS: 1 teen under 16 years pays Kshs. 3,500/- when sharing with full paying adult.
• CANCELLATION CHARGES: If confirmed booking is not cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be treated as cancellation fees.
• NO SHOW: If confirmed booking is not utilised, 100% of the total amount will be treated as no-show fees.
