Prices (inclusive of all taxes) are per person per day in a room with air-conditioning, bath, shower, ceiling fan and balcony or terrace on an all-inclusive basis.

• All drinks include Kenyan cocktails, soft drinks, beer, juice and South African or Italian wines and local spirits.
• Children’s Mini Club is a separate area for children ages from 4-12 years under the supervision of qualified child minder. Activities include games, videos, swimming, painting, etc. Snacks are also provided and the Mini Club is equipped with washrooms. Babysitter on request and extra charge.
• CHILDREN: One child under 12 years sharing room with two adults pays USD 25, additional children 50% of adult rate. During Christmas time 20th – 4th Jan all children pay USD 40 supplement.
• CANCELLATION CHARGES: If confirmed booking is not cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be treated as cancellation fees.
• NO SHOW: If confirmed booking is not utilised, 100% of the total amount will be treated as no-show fees.
