How do we want to receive your package?
Please email or post your packages to us in the following formats.
We would prefer you to post your package directly at our website on registering for a free account and use the Post Package facility or email us your packages in electronic format as a MS Word document. Or as part of your email would be acceptable.

If you have any images please save them in a JPG or Tif format in low resolution (72dpi) and attach them to your email message.
